Objectives

CASTT as a professional teachers association for secondary teachers of Tourism and Hospitality, aims to:

• Provide a forum and common meeting ground for secondary Tourism, Hospitality and vocational educators.
• Promote an improved information flow and greater co-operation and understanding between them, industry bodies and personnel from businesses within the Tourism and Hospitality industries, relevant government bodies and post secondary educators and trainers.
  
• Link secondary educators with post school educators and trainers, government bodies and Tourism / Hospitality industry.
  
• Allow for an expression of a common voice on educational matters in the interests of secondary teachers of Tourism and Hospitality.
